Experience in Channel Sales, Minimum 3 years working in the UK BMS & Controls market, Established network of End-user Clients, Consultants and Influencers, Familiarity with Salesforce

Expanding market share through Channel partners (System Integrators and Wholesalers)
Delivering results across BMS & Controls portfolio
Developing and managing relationships with new and existing Channel partners
Supporting partners in identifying
qualifying and closing opportunities
Positioning Johnson Controls as the go-to solution
Guiding partners through integration of BMS systems with legacy infrastructure
Working with end users and consultants to specify Johnson Controls products
Driving uptake of peripherals (valves
actuators and sensors) across the channel
Smart planning and consistent execution to grow territory

Reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager, Distribution for Controls; Working with end users and consultants
