What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive hands-on experience driving technical sales and partner enablement in the cybersecurity space, Ability to act as a strategic technical advisor to our partner ecosystem, Track record working with Global Systems Integrators, VARs, or major MSPs, Demonstrated zero-to-one experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, Deep understanding of identity systems - IAM, IGA, PAM, secrets management, and the emerging Non-Human Identity (NHI) landscape, Hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their identity and security services, Working understanding of how AI agents and automated workloads consume identity, Familiarity with CSPM, CASB, and cloud security tooling
Nice to Have
Experience building channel technical motions from the ground up, Technical credibility to hold your own with partner architects at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, or equivalent, Familiarity with vendors like Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and HashiCorp Vault

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Trusted technical counterpart to SEs and architects inside partners; Collaborate with partner SEs and Oasis Platform SEs on co-sell motion; Work with Product and Engineering teams
Communication Scope
Translate partner-field reality back into product roadmap; Handle complex objections; Communicate technical information
