In Japan, we're just getting started — and the opportunity ahead is enormous. The Opportunity As the Channel Sales Development Manager for Ring Japan, you will be the architect of how Ring shows up for Japanese customers — in relation to offline retailers – in stores, and EC stores by expanding partnership. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution: building long-term retailer partnerships while rolling up your sleeves to drive results on the ground. You'll report directly to the Head of Echo, Ring, Smart Home & Accessories at Amazon Devices Japan, and collaborate with teams across Ring and Amazon globally. Who You Are You're a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You have a strong sense of ownership and are equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically. You know the Japanese retail landscape — especially consumer electronics — and you know how to get things done within it.
