Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics, 2–4 years of professional experience in performance analysis, reporting, or channel management within financial services or a related field, analytical skills, Solid understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting methodologies, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek, Detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, sense of accountability, consistency in achieving targets, meeting deadlines, ensuring accurate reporting, Customer-centric mindset, ability to effectively support and manage stakeholder relationships, Proven ability to multitask, efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, analytical thinking skills, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Nice to Have
proficiency in knowledge of BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
What You'll Do.
Lead performance measurement frameworks
Implement analytical models
Review and validate reports
Provide in-depth performance analysis
