What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related, 6-8+ years of experience in channel marketing or related field, preferably in the technology industry, understanding of the Canadian market - retail, etail, and distribution channels, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, Experience supporting product launches or integrated go-to-market initiatives, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, Fluency in English and French required, Experience working within a global or regional marketing organization, Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing programs, Ability to travel within Canada and USA as needed for partner meetings and events
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing preferred

The Channel Marketing Specialist role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for owning the strategy and execution of Canadian marketing within a clearly defined market scope. Channel Marketing Specialist will operate with a high degree of independence and accountability reporting to Manager, North America Channel Marketing. The Marketing Specialist is expected to set direction for the Canadian market, translate regional and global priorities into locally relevant strategies, and drive execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
