Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent, technically literate and proficient, min. 8 years business experience, Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook required, Clearly communicate in English (verbal and written forms), Native Speaker in German, Speak and present effectively in one-on-one and in group situations, excellent communication and organizational skills, Use initiative to proactively identify opportunities and issues, Conduct business in ethical manner, Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others, Maintain strict confidentiality, Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, Understands implication of work and makes recommendations for solution, Escalate problematic disputes to supervisor, Follows departmental and organization policies and procedures

Nice to Have

Involvement in marketing-oriented projects strongly preferred, Consumer/Technology brand experience preferred, Aptitude to understand Flash technology, Good knowledge of market research disciplines, Good knowledge of business plan and marketing plan disciplines

Ensure high-quality creative output

Transform events into engaging brand experiences

Act as a key connector across teams

Manage MDF budgets and promotional investments

Apply test-and-learn methodologies

Track and optimize key KPIs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, Etail partners, and Marketing teams; Partner with key accounts on joint business plans; Ensure alignment across Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales; Act as a key connector across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, PR, and Operations; cross-functional alignment and collaboration

Communication Scope

Clearly communicate in English (verbal and written forms); Speak and present effectively in one-on-one and in group situations; excellent communication and organizational skills

Process & Methodology

Manage MDF budgets and promotional investments with ROI discipline, Apply test-and-learn methodologies to continuously optimize performance
