What You'll Do.
Manage MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects
Manage MDF CONTRA and OPEX claims
Liaise with customers for proof of execution
Liaise with customers for invoice accuracy
Liaise with customers for timely invoice
Liaise with T1 and T2 partners
Manage marketing project procedures
Manage business claims procedures
Lead Marketing Clinic monthly
Update Channel Marketing Team on enhancements
Update Channel Marketing Team on changes
Update Channel Marketing Team on MDF Policy
Update Channel Marketing Team on process flows
Act as main point of contact with Salesforce
Fix marketing project management systems issues
Propose enhancements to systems
Act as key member of UAT team
Liaise with IT for Where to Buy updates
Liaise with Channel Marketing for Where to Buy
Liaise with Sales for Where to Buy updates
Run reporting on budget investment
Run reporting on claim status
Run reporting on budget movement
Run reporting on customer activities
Manage uploading budget into Salesforce
Manage transfer of budget into Oracle Cloud
Maintain regional budget trackers
Support with bug fixes
Train Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners
Complete special projects
Provide administrative support

The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. This role requires the candidate to be the central liaison point for Finance, Legal, IT and to be the conduit through which any enhancements , changes, amends etc are communicated to the key stakeholders with a view to ensuring that the marketing project management systems (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) and its processes are fit for purpose and meet current financial and legal regulations. The role is predominantly internal-facing but customer contact will be required. Travel in Europe and the US may be required for internal corporate events.
