The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. The role is predominantly internal-facing but customer contact will be required. * Manage the end to end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for Customers and Channel Marketing Team * Liaising with customers to ensure that the proof of execution and their invoice is correct and provided in a timely manner * Liaising with T1 and T2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures * Be the main point of contact for Distribution Finance Teams to upload Claims and all Credit Note queries. * Maintain individual Distribution Partner Claim U
