What You'll Do.
project managing and supporting key initiatives for Residential and Remodel channels with builder customer specific initiatives
implement channel strategy
strengthen brand position and key account partnerships
Provides market intelligence on builder market and multi-channel landscape
business verticals and competitive activities
Develop and complete a comprehensive channel strategy
Partner with Sales Leadership to develop a prioritized 12 to 36-month calendar of central initiatives
Recommend priorities and encourage harmonies across programs and brands within a channel
Provide category management and SKU assortment recommendations to Product Development
Build and maintain relationships across the Ferguson showroom network
Collect and analyzes channel program and product feedback
Support NPD activities from pre-discovery through commercialization
ongoing training/customer-facing and promotional initiatives
improve forecast accuracy
Recommend base and stretch financial goals for the upcoming year for customers/channels
Delivers Go To Market support on profitable product mix
Manages financial metrics within area of responsibility
Maintain data package representation of Lighting and Fan
develop and deploy content
Maintain and evolve Project Tool and Builder Presentations
Manages active programs by working cross-departmentally
Conduct in-depth analysis of primary and secondary data across market

Partners with Sales to implement channel strategy and works in conjunction with Product and Marketing teams to strengthen brand position and key account partnerships for overall channel performance.
