ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Channel Manager to own and stand up Juicebox’s Partnerships function focused on HCM ecosystems and recruiting agencies. You’ll build the foundation for how Juicebox partners externally - creating co-sell motions, enablement materials, relationship strategies, and long-term channel revenue programs that help accelerate our next phase of growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that blends strategy, relationship building, and execution. One day you may be building partner enablement collateral and defining partnership playbooks; the next, attending industry events, meeting with recruiting leaders, or shaping co-sell strategy alongside Sales and Marketing. We’re looking for builders who are energized by creating structure where none exists today and motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful ARR impact inside one of the fastest growing AI companies.
