Partnering closely with the Regional SMB Sales Director, you will lead and develop and scale a fledgling, New Business Development focused channel sales Team across Ireland, Scandinavia, and BeLux. This is a pivotal leadership role combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, where you’ll drive net-new revenue, expand market share, and build a high-performance culture centred on accountability, pipeline generation, and margin delivery. **As the Channel Development Manager you will:** * Execute the regional channel strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth and strong margin performance * Lead, coach, and scale a hunter-led Channel Development team, including sales support functions * Drive net-new partner acquisition, activation, and expansion across the region * Deliver profitable growth with a disciplined focus
