What You'll Do: Huntress is looking to add a Channel Account Manager to our quickly growing team in the EMEA region. Channel Account Managers are part of a team at Huntress that plays a critical role in expanding our relationships with our customers and ensuring their success across our platform. This role will be responsible for driving business efforts toward loyalty, renewals, expansion, satisfaction, and everything else related to post-sales success. This position will work closely with sales and marketing to devise creative ways to help our customers succeed with Huntress through training, education, and empowerment. Externally facing, this is a dual role that engages with our customers and third-party reseller partners to ensure we’re meeting the needs of customers and partners alike.
