## **Career Category** Information Systems ## ## **Job Description** **Job Description** **What you will do** In this role, you will operate as a core member of the Results Delivery Office (RDO) capability engine, responsible for building, scaling, and driving adoption of the systems, tools, and operating processes that enable enterprise transformation at Amgen. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will act as a business owner of defined RDO capabilities—spanning change management frameworks, digital platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work in close partnership with technology and product teams to translate transformation needs into scalable solutions and ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
