Document Subcontractor paperwork

Communicate with Field Supervisors

Manage project documentation

Assemble new job files

Maintain existing job files

Print Work Order email attachments

Distribute Work Order email attachments

Track problem Work Orders

Document problem Work Orders

Track new jobs for contact information changes

Generate outstanding proposal reports

Contact subcontractors for missing proposals

Report to Cost Managers

Coordinate with Cost Managers

Confirm reason for Change Order voids

Alert Purchase Order Department

Review subcontractor values on Change Orders

Confirm subcontractor agreement with PM/PD

Confirm moves or changes in values with accounting

Create Change Orders in emergency situations

Create Purchase Orders in emergency situations

Review PM Aging Extra reports

Report discrepancies to Director of Field Operations

Manage new job folder data requirements

Maintain new job folder data requirements

Process all purchase orders
