Proven experience in HR transformation, organisational change, process improvement, or project delivery, Experience supporting technology transformation, systems enhancement, digital change, or process automation initiatives, understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement, Comfortable working across HR, Technology, Operations, and wider business stakeholders, Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions, communication and relationship management skills, Experience working within a regulated or corporate environment, High attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools

Nice to Have

Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or AI-enabled change initiatives, Exposure to business transformation or organisational change programmes, Understanding of governance, operational risk, or compliance frameworks, Relevant qualification in HR, Change Management, Project Management, or related discipline
