What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A proven change management professional who brings deep experience leading large-scale technology transformations, Familiarity with cloud, platform or data modernisation environments, with a focus on driving adoption and value, Confidence working in agile environments, partnering closely with product and platform teams to embed change, relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, A resilient, adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities, A collaborative, accountable team player who is committed to achieving the best outcomes for customers and partners

Your work will help strengthen capability across the organisation, ensuring our teams are equipped to adapt, grow and continue delivering better outcomes for our customers. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
