What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Four to Six (4-6) years of HR industry experience, Four to Six (4-6) years of Change Management experience, Change Management certification, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, Abilities in relationship management, Working with demanding stakeholders, Driving change adoption, Experience in working with cross-functional teams, Demonstrated competency in self-discipline, Independently completing project deliverables, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Advanced ability to maintain very detailed documentation, Intermediate knowledge of VMS technologies, Intermediate knowledge of MSPs, Intermediate knowledge of the Procurement/HR/Tech landscape, Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced with Visio
Nice to Have
ADKAR certification preferable, Prosci certification preferable, CCMP certification preferable, MSI certification preferable
What You'll Do.
Lead change management effort on enterprise scale client
Guide client and project to successful communications
Guide client and project to adoption of tech/process
Exercise certified change management procedures
Produce high quality program and project results
Liaise with other project workstreams
Ensure change management thread is woven through each
Manage the creation of change management documentation
Manage the creation of change management trackers
Build awareness for change within client organization
Reinforce change via various methodologies
Draft manuals relevant to the future state program
Draft communications relevant to the future state program
Draft training materials relevant to the future state
Own manuals relevant to the future state program
Own communications relevant to the future state program

Train new members of the team
Mentor new members of the team
Train junior members of the team

We are seeking to hire a certified change management professional with HR/Workforce industry background to serve our clients during our engagements. This would include building out change management plans, communication plans, training materials, executing training, and assisting other workstreams in performing change in their respective areas. Responsibilities The Change Management Consultant functions within the QuantumWork Advisory VMS Practice: * Leads change management effort on enterprise scale client projects, guiding the client and the project to successful communications and eventually adoption of tech/process * Actively exercises certified change management procedures in order to produce high quality program and project results
