Bachelor’s degree (BAS), Minimum of 6 years of experience, Demonstrated experience conducting change management assessments and change management strategy, Demonstrated experience creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and engaging stakeholders, MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. )

Nice to Have

Prosci certification preferred, Experience with the application of Prosci and change management in a union environment preferred, Experience supporting federal healthcare initiatives, especially within the Department of Veterans Affairs
