**CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER** **Location:** Ho Chi Minh City **Department:** Transformation Management Office (TMO) **🎯 1. Role Purpose** Lead and drive enterprise-wide Change Management for large-scale transformation programs under TMO, ensuring: * Strong **adoption across senior leadership and middle management** * Consistent **behavioral change across hundreds of branches** * Minimized resistance and maximized transformation impact 🧩 2. Key Responsibilities **A. Change Management Strategy** * Design and implement end-to-end Change Management strategies for transformation initiatives * Apply the **ADKAR framework (Awareness – Desire – Knowledge – Ability – Reinforcement)** across all programs * Conduct stakeholder analysis (executives, middle managers, frontline) and tailor engagement approaches **B. Internal Communication Leadership** * Develop and execute **multi-channel internal communication plans** : * Emails, townhalls, videos, intranet, internal social platforms * Craft compelling messaging: * “Why change?”, “What’s in it for me?” * Partner with leadership to ensure **consistent and aligned narratives** * Ensure effective **message cascade across all branches (nationwide)** **C. Adoption & Behavioral Change** * Design and deploy initiatives such as: * Training & enablement programs * Change champion networks * Regional/cluster roadshows * Define and track **adoption and behavior metrics** : * Usage rate, behavioral KPIs, change readiness * Proactively manage resistance across different organizational levels **D. Governance & Measurement** * Establish frameworks to measure change effectiveness: * ADKAR scoring * Engagement and adoption metrics * Provide regular reporting to TMO leadership * Recommend adjustments based on data insights **E. Stakeholder Management** * Engage and influence: * Senior leadership (ExCo / BOD) * Regional and Branch Managers * Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and leadership briefings * Act as a **bridge between TMO and bu
