What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted., 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-scale transformations., Demonstrated experience supporting platform implementations such as ERP, eProcurement, ordering systems, or customer-facing portals., Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies across communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management., Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities., communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments (e. g. , fleet, automotive, logistics, financial services)., Professional certification in change management (e. g. , Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience preferred., Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that enable successful adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives. You will ensure stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and supported through change by aligning communication, training, and engagement efforts to business objectives.
