I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. ## **Job Description** **Change Enablement Partner** **Opportunity** • As a strategic Change Enablement Leader, the role is centered around enabling and driving transformation at a higher level within the organization • Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release man-agement planning and deployments • Operate as an internal service provider for the realization of the product roadmaps. • Serve as a senior point of escalation for change enablement and act as the executive relation-ship manager for key strategic partners. • Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change enablement for the function and programs led by the function • Drive and support engagement to align different stakeholders with the organization’s vision and goals during change, ensuring everyone is on the same page **Job Responsibilities** **Change Strategy & Execution** • Create and implement tailored change strategies for all activities and assigned projects to the highest standard, leveraging dynamic assets, media and AI supported deliverables. • Maintain and deliver against our best-in-class change strategy • Identify and implement improvements to change process, practices and tools • Create and implement tailored change management strategies and plans that maximize buy in, adoption, trust and minimize resistance. **Stakeholder Management & Engagement** • Seek and maintain productive business relationships across DD&T and Takeda and with out-side partners to create an ongoing flow of relevant, interesting
