Must Have
Practical experience in IT change management, Experience running and governing Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes, Experience designing or improving change and release frameworks, hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, Understanding of service transition processes, Experience in change scheduling and release coordination, Experience operating in high-risk or live production environments, Understanding of ITIL-based service management principles, Awareness of risk management and business continuity practices, Ability to produce reporting and visibility using tools such as Jira and eazyBI
What You'll Do.
Partner with Service Operations Manager and Development leads
Establish and maintain effective Change Advisory Board (CAB) process
Continuously identify and drive improvements across change processes
Own and manage CAB processes
Support IT function through training
Oversee the full change lifecycle
Ensure clear communication
Collaborate with Service Transition team
Ensure new projects onboarded in line with change and release processes
and organisational standards
Work cross-functionally with key teams
Contribute to a positive
and supportive working environment

**Role: Change Coordinator** **Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds. ** **Salary: £ DOE plus extensive benefits** **Contract type: Permanent** **Employment type: Full time** **Working hours: We work on a core hours principle.
