Experience in defense contractor programs and familiarity with defense contract change mechanisms: ECPs, NORs, etc., Working knowledge of CM standards such as EIA‑649 and ASME Y14. 35, Experience interfacing directly with customers and government representatives on change matters, Experience leading technical projects and teams
