As the Change & Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in embedding new digital capabilities across the University, ensuring change is delivered in a way that is sustainable, inclusive and aligned with business needs. Working as a trusted partner to stakeholders, you’ll help translate strategy into action and support the University’s digital future. You will: * Lead end-to-end change and communication activities to support the successful adoption of new digital initiatives * Develop and deliver business readiness, engagement and communication plans that minimise disruption and maximise value * Partner with project teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness and change appetite * Drive continuous improvement of change and communication frameworks, tools and approaches * Enable capability uplift through targeted learning, engagement and transition support activities * While cyber security experience is not required, an interest in technology-enabled change, cyber awareness and behaviour-led communications will be highly regarded.
