What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–12 years of experience in change/release management or IPT/UC operations, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent, Experience performing impact analysis and technical validation of voice-related changes, Solid knowledge of ITIL change, incident, and configuration management processes, communication skills for CAB, ECAB, vendor, and customer coordination, Analytical mindset for risk evaluation, sequencing, and quality assurance, Excellent documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities
Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation/Intermediate, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent certifications
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IPT/UC changes
Ensure adherence to ITIL change processes
Review technical details before CAB submission
Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
Coordinate releases and patches for IPT/UC systems
Ensure release packages meet quality standards
Perform impact and dependency assessments
Support incident and problem management
Maintain accurate change records
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Engineering, TIM, TDT, NOC, Security, PMs, and vendors; communication skills for CAB, ECAB, vendor, and customer coordination
