ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Change Adoption Leader / Operational Technology (OT) SME to support a major transformation programme within a global banking environment. In this role, you will drive the adoption of Operational Technology (OT) capabilities and lead change management activities required to embed a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across multiple locations and stakeholder groups. You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure successful transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness. While OT expertise is desirable, we are also open to candidates with strong experience leading large-scale IT transformation and change initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Change Adoption & Transformation Lead change adoption activities to drive successful implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM). Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies. Drive cultural and operational change across multiple business units and locations. Monitor adoption outcomes and implement corrective actions where required. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders. Influence decision-making and gain buy-in across complex organizational structures. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance forums. Programme Delivery Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and markets.
