What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Significant experience in an HSE/HSES role in an industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnology industry, Proven experience in conducting audits, incident management, and safety program facilitation, Mastery of French and European HSE regulations (Labor Code, ICPE, REACH, CLP), Expertise in industrial risk management (DUER, risk analysis), Knowledge of pharmaceutical environments and GMP requirements, Skills in project management and change management, Rigour, organizational skills, ability to unite and influence without direct hierarchical link, Pedagogy and ability to simplify complex technical subjects, French fluent, Professional English (read, written, spoken) required in an international group environment

Nice to Have

A complementary certification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) would be an asset

What You'll Do.

Deploy Sanofi HSES policy within the Engineering & Maintenance department

ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Labor Code

ISO standards) and group standards

Lead industrial risk management: update the DUER

identify hazardous situations

define and monitor prevention measures

Coordinate the processing of incidents and accidents (root cause analysis

corrective action plans

lessons learned) and ensure follow-up of CAPAs until closure

Design and conduct HSES training and awareness sessions for employees and service providers

to strengthen the department's safety culture

Supervise the permit to work system (hot work

lockouts) and ensure its proper application by internal and external teams

and report HSES performance indicators (frequency rate

action progress) for management and regulatory bodies

Act as the HSES contact for the department with control authorities (DREAL

Labor Inspectorate) and corporate HSES teams
