What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a VFX environment, Proven experience in team supervision, project management, or cross-department coordination, Proficiency with Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Mari, Flow, Arnold, RenderMan, Karma, Solaris, and USD, In-depth knowledge of CG and VFX pipelines, as well as integration and rendering principles, Advanced artistic and technical skills, with a understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, Confident leadership, rigour, strategic thinking, and the ability to remain composed under pressure, Clear and collaborative communication, attention to detail, and a constant drive to raise the quality of deliverables

Nice to Have

Experience in tool development, pipeline optimization, or scripting such as Python, VEX, MEL, C++, or OSL, Contribution to technology watch and pipeline innovation, Experience in client presentations, conferences, panels, or external representation
