What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) professional experience, Excellent Italian written and oral communication (C1 CEFR), Significant data analysis experience
Nice to Have
Stakeholder and client management experience, Experience in operational environment (logistics, retail, hospitality, customer service), High school diploma or equivalent, Intermediate English (B1 CEFR), Valid driver's license
What You'll Do.
Ensure effective and continuous operation of Amazon processes
Participate in coordination and development of CF Flex
Monitor fundamental warehouse operational processes
Ensure defect-free operational processes
Shipping & Transportation
and Transfers processes
Liaise with Vendor/3PL representatives
Communicate with Amazon support functions (WHS
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support CF Flex warehouse network
Assist with operational coverages
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in new projects
