What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One (1) year of experience in homeless services, Have employment eligibility verification, Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training, Successfully complete Tuberculosis Test, Successfully complete Background Screening, Successfully complete Drug Test, Have reliable transportation, A valid driver’s license, Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties, The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U. S., We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa, We are unable to employ individuals who are currently receiving services from PATH or have received services within the past two years
Nice to Have
Two (2) year of experience in homeless services, Experience with HMIS, social services, or nonprofit administration, specifically regarding HUD-funded programs, A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Human Services, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with the County of Orange
as the Coordinated Entry System (CES) Lead Agency
housing and service providers to connect individuals
families and survivors experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to housing and appropriate housing interventions
Support Assessment and Prioritization schema verification for referrals
matches and dynamic matches
Conduct weekly transparent
timely and facilitated Match Meetings & stakeholder communications
Contribute to Monthly CES Administration reporting & performance dashboards
Collaborate on CES Administration Policy and Procedures
technical assistance and evaluation
Provide leadership & support to the team
ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH's agency resources and the partnering agencies
Uphold organizational policies and standards amongst the team
Respond to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization

Team & Collaboration
Collaborative coordination with CES Lead Agency, HMIS Participating Agencies & Housing and Service Providers across Orange County; Work effectively with others, seeking out and building positive working relationships with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders; Work effectively with others, contributing to team goals and recognizing the strengths and contributions of others; Collaborate with intradepartmental and interdepartmental peers to meet client care needs and programmatic goals
