As a Certified Sterile Processing Technician, you will: • Disassembles, cleans, assembles, sterilizes and stores procedure trays instruments, equipment and supplies according to prescribed procedures and aseptic techniques under direct supervision • Completes requests to dispense equipment and supplies and assists in maintaining and processing patient charge records and maintaining department inventory Qualifications include: • High School Diploma or GED required • At least 1 year experience in a Sterile Processing department preferred • Certification from an accredited organization • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: **• Employment Type** : Full-time **• Hours per Week:** 40 hrs/week **• Typical Daily Schedule:** **flexible shift** , which may include a **mid-shift (12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.)** or **afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.)** Advanced notice will be given for shift schedule. **• Shift Type:** Evening **• Weekend Requirements:** every other weekend rotation **• Holiday Requirements:** every other holiday rotation **• Shift Differential eligible:** yes **Pay Range:** $20.07 - $26.42 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process. **Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:** United States of America (Non-Exempt) **At Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.** We do this by offering: * Work life balance
