Must Have
HS Diploma, CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician, CPT II-Certified Phlebotomy Technician II, ordering Laboratory testing, collecting blood specimens, interacting with patients, handling and processing biological specimens, organize and prioritize job duties, interact with patients of diverse ages, respond to fluctuations in volume, respond to unexpected situations, respond to shift-to-shift hand-offs, respond to STAT test orders, respond to specimen integrity issues, review of pending logs, follow standard practices, Knowledge of applicable local/state/federal regulations, critical thinking, recognize and appropriately escalate complex and unusual deviations, verbal and written communication skills, work in a collaborative setting
