You will assists in training staff under the supervision and guidance of the Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to help further BMC’s mission of providing exceptional care for all. **Position:****Certified Pharmacy Technician****** **Department: Inpatient Pharmacy** **Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating every other weekend** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** _Tasks_ * Performs data entry tasks such as, prescription transcription and entry, resolve third party insurance claim issues, contacts providers as appropriate for the pharmacist while maintaining customer / patient confidentiality. * Prepares prescription orders in a timely manner; retrieves, counts, measures and prepares medications, solutions, ointments, and other compounds as directed. Ensures all work is checked by a pharmacist. * Supports the service needs of the pharmacist relative to pharmacy serv
