What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program. Current and active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state(s) of hire. Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism. Willingness to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Nice to Have
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to reach and hold objects. Ability to lift 30 pounds.
What You'll Do.
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Monitor client progress, document subjective and objective findings, and report changes in client status to the supervising OT.

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role is crucial in helping individuals regain independence and enhance their quality of life. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will be responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. This includes direct client care, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The COTA will play a vital role in client skill acquisition and progress.
