Must Have
Meet the training and certification requirements of the State, Possess and maintain current CPR certification, Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order, Able to show empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired, Prolonged standing and walking required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients

What You'll Do.
Perform personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly
Meet the safety needs of patients and use equipment safely and properly
Perform personal care tasks including baths
and changing bed linen as often as assigned
Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned
Assist in feeding the patient as assigned
Assess and report on patients’ condition and significant changes to the case manager
Adhere to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct
Perform other CNA duties as assigned by management

Works under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assessing and reporting to the case manager
