What You'll Do.

Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned.
Assist in feeding the patient as assigned.
Assess and report on patients’ condition and significant changes to the case manager.
Adhere to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Perform other CNA duties as assigned by management to support department goals and initiatives.

The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. **Hours / Schedule:** Full Time; (40) hours / week. Works in patients' home in various conditions.
