What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards Effective communicator in verbal and written English Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
