What You'll Do.
Provide patient care support
Document patient charting
Complete personal belonging sheet
Obtain and record vital signs
Orient new resident to facility
Ensure resident receives arm band
Provide resident with admission kit
Answer call lights promptly
Respond to resident needs
Complete rounds as assigned
Turn and reposition residents
Take vital signs and weights
Report vital signs to Charge Nurse
Measure intake and output
Relay intake and output to Charge Nurse
Perform procedures and treatments
Maintain unit supplies and equipment
Alert Charge Nurse of needs
Attend continuing education classes
Accept reassignments to other areas
Take on increased responsibilities
Keep Charge Nurse informed
Interact with team members
Maintain effective working relationships
Maintain discretion with confidential information
Give report to Charge Nurse
Complete walking rounds
