Must Have
Active CNA certification or license, Active CPRLS certification, Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience, Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster, Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app, Ability to communicate in English, Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts, Must pass a background check
Nice to Have
Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam, Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract, Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts, bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply
What You'll Do.
Assist patients with personal care including bathing
Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered
under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
Ensure patient privacy
and well-being in a safe and secure environment
Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
