What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board in the state of practice within 120 Days
Nice to Have
High School or GED Equivalent, Less than 1 year Related experience or training
What You'll Do.
Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living
Performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
Performs blood pressure
respiration and weight
Performs or assists residents in performing specific medical care activities in accordance with established policy and procedure to contribute to the patient's plan of care
Assists with restocking supplies and maintaining appropriate work environment in unit including cleaning procedures
Participates in providing emotional
educational and spiritual support for families
Complies with all aspects of resident rights including confidentiality and privacy
Understanding and following established policy and procedures related to fire
universal precautions
infection control procedures
hazardous and chemical communication program
