Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Every other weekend & holiday, 72 hours per two weeks, Two-year commitment for sign-on bonus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board in the state of practice within 120 Days
Nice to Have
High School or GED Equivalent, Less than 1 year Related experience or training
What You'll Do.
personal care and services to residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Perform routine duties as directed by nursing staff
Assist patients with bathing and dressing needs
Assist patients with shaving and oral hygiene
Make beds and assist with transfers
Reposition residents and assist with toileting needs
Serve and collect food trays
Encourage and assist with feeding
Ensure a clean environment
Transport patients upon admission and dismissal
Assist with ambulation
Orient/reorient resident to facility environment
Perform blood pressure
respiration and weight
Document concise and factual information
Perform or assist residents in performing specific medical care activities
Assist residents in performing restorative exercises
Collect specimens as directed by nursing staff
Assess and document completed cares
Provide feedback to nursing staff on patient conditions
Assist with restocking supplies
Maintain appropriate work environment in unit
Participate in providing emotional
educational and spiritual support
Comply with all aspects of resident rights
Report allegations of resident abuse
Follow established policy and procedures related to fire
Follow universal precautions

Maintain an environment that is clean and safe
