Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite Address: 8301 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75225 Shift: As Needed Job Schedule: Occasional We are seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play an important role in monitoring vital signs, fostering meaningful connections with residents, and championing their overall well-being. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others! What you’ll do: Ensure resident care is the best it can be by following the care plan. Get to know our residents by sharing stories with them while providing comfort, transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. Contribute to community harmony by providing emotional and social support to residents. Help residents with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe. Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary. Provide adjunct patient care as needed. Have an eagle eye and taking notice when resident behaviors change and letting shift leaders know. What you’ll bring: High School diploma or GED. Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification. Current CPR Certification. Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training. Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control. Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English. Requires ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Requires ability to make self clearly understood by others. Requires ability to understand and follow basic written and oral step-by-step instructions. A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.
