Must Have
Certificate of Qualification License 433A, completed three-year Millwright/mechanic apprenticeship program
Nice to Have
3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, Experience with screw, belt, roller conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gear reducers, mixers, machinery rebuilding/replacing and troubleshooting
What You'll Do.
maintaining equipment
repair/rebuilding/replacing of equipment
execution of a preventative maintenance program
equipment troubleshooting
hands-on corrective actions
Carry out preventative maintenance on processing equipment
maximizing equipment uptime
general maintenance repairs
Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
Repair or replace defective machinery parts through a PM or unscheduled maintenance
Fabricate parts required during overhaul
maintenance and/or set-up
Read and interpret drawings
Opening/closing of the facility
start up/shutdown of equipment as required
General housekeeping of maintenance department and all areas within the facility
