High School or equivalent, Current BLS Certification, 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting

What You'll Do.

Serve as point of contact

Coordinate medical care

Provide support to patients

Provide support to clinicians

Ensure quality customer service

Create positive work culture

Support staff engagement activities

Respond to patient needs

Manage difficult situations

Oversee daily operations

Manage clinical therapies

Greet and room patients

Obtain weight and vitals

Review medical information

Review current medications

Administer medications

Review patient screeners

Alert physician if abnormal

Provide patient instructions

Ensure medication dosages

Confirm accurate dose

Obtain correct patient identification

Monitor patients throughout stay

Maintain clinical logs

Collaborate with clinician
