Must Have
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment, High school diploma or GED required, Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and motors, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Nice to Have
Certificate from a technical or vocational school in a related field (e.g., industrial maintenance, electrical technology)
What You'll Do.
