In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of facility and production equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong mechanical and electrical skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. This position is critical for ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently during evening hours with minimal disruption. **Key Responsibilities** * **Perform Maintenance and Repairs:** Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, conveyors, production machinery, and other facility equipment. * **Preventive Maintenance (PM):** Execute the scheduled PM program to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. This includes lubrication, inspections, and component replacement. * **Respond to Service Calls:** Address urgent and routine maintenance requests submitted through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely and efficient manner. * **Conduct Safety Inspections:** Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. * **Documentation:** Maintain acc
