What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years of electrical installation and repair experience, 1 year of experience installing home backup products, working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels, valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification or equivalent per local and state requirements, clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check and drive company vehicles, 21 years of age, valid driver’s license, Safety and customer focus
Nice to Have
experience and interest in emerging solar technology, Demonstrated experience mentoring Electricians

Lead solar battery installations
Oversee installation of solar batteries
Perform electrical work
Train others on electrical work
Complete main panel upgrades
Complete electrical troubleshooting

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with PV and battery installation crews; Work with branch team and home owners; Work cross-functionally with license holders, AHJ inspectors, and crew members
