The Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) is responsible for the prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management of injuries and illnesses affecting varsity student-athletes. Working within an integrated high-performance sport environment, the Athletic Therapist collaborates with coaches, physicians, strength and conditioning staff, mental performance professionals, and student athletic therapists to support athlete health, safety, and performance. This role also includes the supervision, mentorship, scheduling, and development of student Athletic Therapists (student ATs) participating in clinical placements and varsity sport support roles.  ## How you'll contribute Athlete Care & Injury Management • Provide immediate on-field and clinical assessment of athletic injuries and medical conditions. • Deliver emergency care and coordinate appropriate medical referrals when required. • Monitor athlete progress and determine readiness for return to participation. • Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and injury reports. • Coordinate concussion assessment, management, and return-to-play protocols.• Communicate with coaches, Trojans leadership and student Athletic Therapists regarding injuries and rehabilitation proce
