Nice to Have

Additional manufacturer certifications (Rational, Cleveland, Southbend, True, etc.), Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems, HVAC-R certification or equivalent technical training, Familiarity with CMMS software (Maximo, FMX, or similar platforms), Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)

This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all commercial kitchen equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations during overnight hours. **Schedule** 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM **Key Responsibilities** Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, ranges, fryers, griddles, steamers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, ice machines, and food preparation equipment. Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and established schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Respond promptly to emergency equipment failures during overnight operations to restore functionality and minimize service disruption. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.
