Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense **Work Shift: Weekday Days (Monday-Friday: 7A-3P OR 8A-4P)** **What You Will Do** * Maintain initial and re-certification requirements for all Oakville employees in accordance with our QMS and governing bodies * Maintains accurate Calibration of all tooling and equipment in regard to Oakville plating process, in accordance with regulatory requirements. * Coordination of all contractors & vendors required for Calibration of equipment, or Certification of Oakville employees. * Ensure full and accurate traceability of all employee training and certification at all times in accordance with our QMS. * Ensure full traceability of all calibrations and associated documentation. * Support all Audits with regards to site Calibration requirements, and employee certification requirements. * Ensure all necessary steps are taken to protect product when calibration or employee certifications were found to be expired or out of tolerance * Software creation for tracking and reporting purposes * Lead events to optimize workflow in areas * 5S optimization – Digital and Physical workspace * Crea
